Nick Bouchard, PharmaD
Nick Bouchard, PharmD, is the Chief Analyst at Athena Oncology, where he provides strategic leadership focused on oncology pharmacy, practice operations, drug strategy, and the evolving healthcare landscape.
Nick earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Albany College of Pharmacy in 2008. He began his career in community pharmacy before spending ten years at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, New York, where he held clinical and operational roles and ultimately served as the Electronic Medical Records Coordinator for the pharmacy module within Epic.
In 2020, Nick joined Hematology-Oncology Associates of Central New York (HOACNY), later becoming Director of Pharmacy Services with oversight of medically integrated and infusion pharmacy operations. In 2025, he joined The US Oncology Network as Senior Director of Pharmacy Solutions, providing strategic pharmacy leadership and supporting oncology practices across the Network.
In 2026, Nick joined Athena Oncology as Chief Analyst, bringing extensive experience in oncology pharmacy, operations, technology, contracting, and strategy to his current role.
Nick also serves on the Executive Council of the National Community Oncology Dispensing Association (NCODA)and the Board of Directors of the Community Oncology Pharmacy Association (COPA), both since 2025. He remains passionate about advancing oncology pharmacy and helping community oncology practices deliver high-quality, sustainable patient care.
